\nMy original orientation to therapeutic approaches and methodology was Rogerian, client centered therapy. This afforded me a sound basis to utilize other methods which incorporate cognitive and behavioral therapies. I use a variety of techniques to help the client work through problems, self defeating habits and ineffective ways of coping.
